3787 Main Street, Bridgeport
Please come take a public stand against abortion. It's been 39 years since legalized abortion in our nation and 60 million children are dead. The church needs to rise up and say "NO MORE!"
We will be having a memorial service to remember all the children that have been killed by abortion. Peter Wolfgang from the CT Family Institute will be our keynote speaker. We will also have clergy, statesmen, testimonies and music.
"You are a poor specimen if you can't stand the pressure of adversity. Rescue those who are unjustly sentenced to death; don't stand back and let them die. Don't try to disclaim responsibility by saying you didn't know about it. For God, who knows all hearts, knows yours, and he knows you knew! And He will reward everyone according to his deeds."
Proverbs 24:1--12

An Opportunity for Life
March 9 – April 17, 2011
Looking for a new way to pray and fast this Lent?
Why not offer your prayer and fasting this Lent on behalf of vulnerable human life by participating in the 40 Days for Life Campaign?
The churches in our community are joining in the first local
40 Days for Life campaign during Lent 2011!
You are invited to join in this exciting opportunity to witness to the sacredness of every human person and pray for the saving of innocent lives and the changing of hearts to embrace life!
The 40 Days for Life campaign is a grassroots effort aimed at saving innocent lives through 3 main components: prayer and fasting, peaceful vigil (12 hrs a day for 40 days) at a local abortion clinic, and community outreach. The purpose is to bring together the body of Christ in a spirit of unity during a focused 40 day campaign of prayer and peaceful activism to seek God’s favor in turning hearts and minds toward building a culture of life in America. As a result of these campaigns, having grown from one city in 2004 to over 300 cities running campaigns in 2010: 3,400 babies have been spared from abortion and their parents spared the suffering of their loss, 9 abortion facilities have closed, and dozens of clinic workers have walked off the job. 40 Days for Life is a grace filled initiative that is saving lives and opening hearts for conversion. You are invited to join in this exciting new initiative here in our community by considering volunteering as a prayerful witness in this effort.
